Accident Compensation Stories

Accident Claims: who do you Trust?

Who do you choose to help you get compensation for your injuries after an accident that wasn’t your fault?

Have you been approached by a representative of a company saying that they can handle your claim on your behalf?

How do you know who to turn to?

All claims management companies must be registered with the Claims Management Regulation Monitoring and Compliance Unit.  Ask for their registration number – a genuine claims management company will be happy to provide it.  You can also check on-line at the Ministry of Justice’s website, www.claimsregulation.gov.uk.

Solicitors cannot accept cases referred by an unregulated claims management company.

Lawson West LLP were the first Leicestershire law firm to be accredited by the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and are also regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority
